Terms

Carata's Foods is a small, family-run kitchen based in Southampton. Everything we sell is made to order — we don't hold stock, so your order is prepared fresh once you place it.

Some products on the site are marked "in development" — these are coming soon and cannot be ordered yet. Only products without that label are currently available.

Payment: We currently accept cash only. We do plan to introduce card payments in the future — we want to make sure any payment system we use is safe, secure, and right for our customers, so we are taking the time to research and choose the best payment processor for our needs.

Delivery: We deliver within Southampton only. Delivery costs £4 on orders under £100. Orders of £100 or more qualify for free delivery.

Allergens & ingredients: Full allergen information and exact ingredient lists will be shown on the packaging and confirmed at checkout. Recipes are still being finalised for some lines, so we'll always make sure you have the complete picture before you commit to an order.
